setting up an easy grow light setup

This is a Great question that many people ask. Now, there are lots of grow lights sold every day. They range in price depending on the size you need the amount of features they have to offer.
The other option is to build your own LED grow light system. There are many different plans out there that you can use. The one I will focus on today is the simplest & inexpensive system I have found.
First you must figure out where you will put your indoor garden. When you are just start out you need less room. Once they start growing you will need more space. So when your figuring out where to put it, keep that in mind. For this project you will need some 1 x 4, plywood some red blue Christmas lights. Now you need to figure out how big or small you want you indoor garden. Now you will make a frame with the 1 x 4’s the same size of your garden, trying not to split the wood. If this is a problem, then use 2 x 4 instead. Now you need to cut the plywood the same size as the frame & attach it to the frame. After you are done with that it is time to break out the drill. You will need to drill holes in the plywood. Our frame is 2 ft x 4ft  we drilled 100 holes evenly spaced. Now comes the Christmas lights! You will need to place 1 bulb in each hole. The frame needs to be hung from the ceiling. It will need to be able to be raised & lowered as the plants grow. We have 40 blue 60 red. The LED grow lights will need to be left on 14hrs.
